Laundry room with large washer and dryer. The property is located in a quiet family neighborhood. As you can see in the pictures we have an amazing, colorful, artsy, fun backyard. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit, and lots of cozy seating. You are centrally located to Denver, the light rail station, and Olde Town Arvada. Olde Town Arvada(less than 1 mile) offers great dining, shopping, farmers markets(seasonal), and family-friendly activities. The Sheridan light rail stop is a few blocks from the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Close to major highways for quick access to popular mountain town/resorts.
