I’ve been a Colorado resident since 1991, residing in Denver, Boulder, and Breckenridge, ultimately settling in the beautiful mountain community of Evergreen in 1997. Therefore, I am very familiar with the attributes and challenges of both Colorado’s mountain and city living.
