You may think there are a lot of stairs, but I can tell you, that makes the house live wonderfully. Every space is private while the main gathering areas are open. My husband loves our flat, cul-de-sac street that is unique for the foothills and perfect for skateboarding. We enjoy dinners and drinks on the private deck with views of the surrounding open space and the quick access to I-70 that makes any trip easy. At the risk of sounding strange, I can tell you the walls exude happiness. At this point, you must be asking why in the world are they leaving?
